Greeno has been a tremendous help in getting our HCMIS ready for use,  we engaged Greeno in March 2011, when our HCMIS implementation was incomplete as our previous implementation partner discontinued the project. Greeno helped in completing the implementation, built many critical customisations that were necessary for Go LIVE. Ever since we went live in 2011, Greeno has been part of our HCMIS team and helped in every issues and customizations that we had to build. We are working with Greeno since 2013 on several projects, to me Greeno was  God Sent. For a very long time we had challenges in getting a support Team timely and efficiently due to Time differences between Kenya time and USA  time and hence , a lot of issues were left unresolved. Most of the time our consultants from US would only be available after close of business meaning we had to work very late in the night to get things done. Now with Greeno, an India based firm, the time difference is  just 2 hrs. The Team is available, enthusiastic and adequately experienced in skills and knowledge around our two core modules Finance and Supply Chain Management. We have closed all key issues spanning from Customization logic issues, Security controls, performance issues and currently working on Integration between Point of Sale and ERP.
